Hello. On December 10th, my Macbook's hard drive broke and I took to a repair Apple shop (note: I live in Brazil). I patiently waited 15 days as the guy told me to and yesterday I called the store and they said it could take more 60 days. My question is, on Jan 3rd I will be travelling to Orlando, and could I take my Macbook there and repair it? I will be coming back on the 14, but I will only be able to go to the Mac store on jan 4 and jan 13, so will it be repaired in 9 days and if not, can I get my macbook back instantly?

Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

I believe under AppleCare terms portable computers are covered internationally, but I can't seem to find any proof (other than the MacRumors Guide on AppleCare).

If that is the case, then yes, you would be able to take your MacBook into one of the two Apple Stores in Orlando, Florida. I'm sure if you spoke with the service manager, they would work around your schedule (considering how far you came just for a repair!). ;)
