Hello. I recently formatted my old 1,1 Mac Pro with Tiamo & Pike's method as usual. Using 10.10.5. When I open Disk Utility, some permission errors are always at there, even I repair them they keep popping up again. Most permission errors comes from Safari. I uploaded the file, also writing the error line below:

I hope you can help me to solve this problem. My HDD is 1.5 year old Sandisk 240GB SSD. I tried Verify Disk several times, it's always clean.
