Repeat Sending of Meetings in Exchange from iOS10 device

Strange question

Is anybody else experiencing multiple reply notifications being sent as a "reply to all" on meeting entries. IT also looks to be showing as sending on behalf of the original organiser.

I initially was the only one who had the issue, being the only early adopter of 10 but a colleague who upgraded yesterday is now showing the same signs.
