Repeat sms alert when unlocking screen

Hi All,

Not sure if anyone has the same problem, but when i receive a sms msg i receive the alert tone as normal when the phone is in lock screen.

When swiping to unlock the screen i receive alert tone again for sms msg, Repeat Alert is off so this is not the problem.
