Repeated message in Console

Hello there,

I was checking the Console and this message keeps repeating:
23/07/12 04:47:58 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[247] (com.apple.FTMonitor) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

I googled around but couldn't find anything relevant. There's no .plist extension and neither a .plist file with this name on my computer.

Is there any way to fix it? Can it somehow affect my computer performance?
