Using my iMac with OS 10.9.2, I am repeatedly having to use Command-Shift-R in order to see two frequently visited websites (http://www.afl.com.au/ and http://www.abc.net.au/news/) in a properly formatted way or sometimes at all. Sometimes, for the 2nd site only, an error message (Access Denied) will appear from my internet provider. The same problem occurs using Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
I have attempted to fix the problem in Chrome by 'obliterating' cookies and other site and plug in data as well as cached images and files, but this has made no difference.
The same problem occurs in incognito mode.
Can anyone help?
