I tried searching for this but I'm not entirely sure what to search for. My Disk Utility finds and repairs permissions without issue (no errors or hangups), however they are either not actually repaired, or they immediately go back to the incorrect values.

One of those errors is the following:
Permissions differ on "System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/RemoteDesktop.menu/Contents/Resources/zh_TW.lproj/RemoteDesktopMenu.nib", should be drwxr-xr-x , they are -rwxr-xr-x .
Repaired "System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/RemoteDesktop.menu/Contents/Resources/zh_TW.lproj/RemoteDesktopMenu.nib".

I have a list of these errors, and after clearing the list and re-running Disk Utility, it shows them all again and appears to finish without error. Pasting them into Textedit and searching matches the errors exactly. The error pasted above is identical both times, and will likely come back a third time if I run it again.

Any idea as to why they return every time? Running the sudo command in Terminal didn't help either.
