Something I miss from my pre-iphone cell is that it would keep beeping/vibrating at me periodically if I missed a text or call. Sometimes I won't feel the initial vibration, or be in another room or watching TV, and won't hear it the first time. Is there any way to change this, so I won't find out an hour later that someone's sent me a text?

Unfortunately no. I am playing with it all the time, so it's not a big deal for me. It would be useful for some people I know who don't know that they missed a call or text for about 5 hours...
