Replace 500gb Time Capsule with new 1TB Time Capsule

Hi, I currently have a 500gb Time Capsule hooked up to my Mac Pro. It is also being used as a router for my Wireless PC's. The Time Capsule has run out of space and has deleted all of my backups. I purchased a 1 TB Time Capsule. Can I simply remove the 500 GB Time Capsule and replace it with the 1 TB TIme Capsule? Will I have to re-enter all of my network settings? Thanks
