Hi, I currently have a MacBook Pro (Retina 15 inch, late 2013, GHz Intel Core i7, 8GB memory 1600 HZ DDR3, 250GB storage). I love it, but it's getting time to replace the battery. I'm almost at 1000 cycles and the battery hardly holds a charge. I purchased this MPR through Apple as a refurb. in 2015. I've see some November 2019 16 inch refurb. MacBooks starting to pop up on Apple for about $2300. How much better is the 2019? Did they finally fix the keyboard issues? (I haven't had any problems with my keyboard)

I'm looking for advice, do I pay the about $300 to get my battery replaced in my 2013, or being that the laptop is almost 7 years old, should I start to focus on replacement? Thanks for any help.

order the battery and replace it yourself. its like 100 bucks this way and its easy to do.
