Replace computer speakers via Airport Express/Extreme?

Hi all,

I like the idea of streaming my music to my stereo's speakers via AirTunes. However, can I get this to work with OTHER sounds from my computer -- e.g. if I'm watching a movie, etc.? Basically, I'd like to use my stereo system as replacement for my weak computer speakers.
