Replace hdd with a sshd

I want to replace my existing hard drive with a solid state hd, I'm looking for some prices. I would be getting a 512gb . It's for an early 2011 13 inch mbp. Anyone know about how much these would run, or where I could find some info.

Currently the only 2.5" 500GB SSHD is a Seagate. About $75 CDN.

The Seagate is a hybrid drive.
OP used the letters SSHD, but referred to "solid state drive", which I don't take as meaning a hybrid.
