Replace iMac HD?

Im thinking of getting an imac with a 2TB drive, should i get it from apple or replace it myself, if you recommend replacement then what drive should i buy and how difficult would it be to do?

Get it from Apple. Replacing iMac's HD isn't very easy and I think it voids warranty as well.

I would either get the 2 TB option from Apple, or opt for an additional external HD connected via FW or LAN. Unless you want SSD, I would not recommend changing HDs on a brand new iMac.
