How easy is it to change out the spacebar on the 14" Pros? Is it similar to prior generations? I could only find video tutorials on prior generations.

Should not be too different from previous generation scissor-style (i.e. non-butterfly) keyboards. I recently got one stuck key on my 16" replaced at an Apple store if that's an option in your area, they asked 0 money and it them 5-10 minutes to do it.

Can't you have it replaced under warranty? What's wrong with it?
Can the key alone be replaced? Small air bubble on the paint/coating. Not worth messing with if not – I had to exchange several times to get a MacBook that doesn't creak, would rather them not open it up for now

Did they replace the key or the whole keyboard?

Egads, man, don't *#$# with it.
Or it could end up costing you $$$.

What's a tiny "bubble"?
Post a pic or it ain't true.

Just the key. Cannot guarantee they'll do a free swap if it's a small cosmetic issue like what you describe, but if you are under warranty or have Apple Care they're often pretty accommodating. Definitely don't mess with it on your own.

I bought the computer yesterday and already exchanged it several times so wanted just the key and nothing else changed since this one is issue free. I was in and out in 10 mins today, they changed out the key.

Thanks for reporting this key swap was easily done

Pretty nuts to think that basic stuff like this required a complete top case replacement at some point. The butterfly design really was one of Apple's worst hardware design failures. Upgraded my 2018 MBP after a mere 3y just to get rid of that (plus hop onto AS of course) and couldn't be a happier camper.
