Replaced iphone

they shouldn't lie,
they guy at the apple store told me it was brand new.. they ill called apple and they said no its 2nd hand.
With the weird spelling of phone, I'm assuming they meant refurbs....but I could be wrong.
Casing (outside) of the phone is new. It's the internals that are refurb. If anything you know someone physically tested the parts and they work well.
Personally as long as the phone/replacement item they give me is in as good, or better shape, and has that one year warranty, I don't complain.
