I took my phone into the Apple Store because it wasn't charging unless you pushed the lightning connector in the right way and set the phone down lightly. I went in expecting them to just adjust it in some way but left with a new phone :).

Surprising how simple it was to get replaced! (I'm glad because mine had a few scratches and the rear camera lens had a small chip inside).

Anyway, thank you Apple :apple:
 
"Usually" that charging issue is due to a lot of silt and fluff from your pocket being wedged into the lightning dock. Quick clean prob would have fixed it.
