So I had some water damage several months back that didn't really affect my MacBook Pro Retina(late 2013) sans the track pad. I always had an issue with the charger where I would have to "flick" it back and forth to get it to read the charge, and it didn't help that my battery needed to be serviced.

A couple of days ago, my computer completely did not register my cable and I had to get the battery replaced. Well I replaced the battery, and I reconnect my magport cable, the light turns orange, but my computer doesn't charge. When I press the power button it flashes the low battery indicator and shuts back off. Any ideas on what it could be? I reset the PRAM and SMC and it didn't help.
