Replacement 3G glass on ebay?

All of my iPhone screens are intact, but I happened upon a bunch of "OEM" iPhone 3G front glass auctions on ebay.

Are these legit items? Seems like it could be a cheap fix for a poor soul that dropped their shiny new 3G on the pavement:

I can't imagine any of these are actually OEM parts, unless the "O" stands for "other".
