I had a silicon case on my iPhone 4s but didnt like the bulky feel and it wouldnt fit right in my dock so i got a carbon fiber skin which is basically just a sticker on the front and back. It looks cool and offers some protection but looks cheap in brighter light.

I was thinking of getting a brushed metal back and just use a screen protector. I'm always careful and have insurance so i'm not too worried about crazy protection i just want to keep up appearance. I think they look really good and different.

Anyone have experience using these and have any comments? I want to make sure they don't interfere with signal or picture quality mainly. Also i live in Ireland so would prefer to order from Europe but i don't mind where it comes from as long as its a reliable source so if anyone has any suggestions it'd be great.

Thanks for any help:)

I had a couple for my 4. Looked neat, but they're flimsy and worst of all, there's no "lens" to speak of; it's just a painted piece of plastic.

maselements.com sells good ones with real lenses. Don't go there looking for a $5 back with free shipping though.

They're lovely backs but a bit too expensive. I don't mind paying around 20 or 30.

I was looking at 2 sites but don't know how trustworthy they are and what kind of quality product I'd get. The second has some cool products but seem a bit too cheap. Anyone have experience with these?
