Replacement for Palm Desktop?

I've been running Palm Desktop on my Macs for years (OS 10.5.5) because I just like the look and feel of the program, even though I haven't used a PDA for ages. Obviously, PD is very dated and there's no support anymore. I've tried to get into the iCal thing but I don't really like it. Is there a modern calendar app that looks and feels similar to PD?

I haven't used Palm Desktop for a long time, but I did more to Outlook afterwards and I liked it. You could try Entourage, but it isn't free. I don't know about other people, but I like it.
