My buddy had an unfortunate accident with his 13" unibody mbp. The glass has some cracks, the LCD remains intact (luckily). I was just wondering how I could go about finding the replacement part itself. I've seen the old Macbook unibody replacement parts on ebay, but I'm looking to get the actual replacement for the MBP. I know there are lots of full service options, but since it's only the glass repair I think we can save a little but of cash and do the repair ourselves.

Cheers

The glass is glued to the screen. You need to replace the whole display.
