My bad one was a week 6
I traded in my first one that was warmer on one side of the screen than the other and had a dead pixel. This new one has some tint issue, but not as bad as the previous, and the pixels and all else are great, so I'm hanging onto it and I'm happy.
I was surprised though that my new one is *also* brighter (it seems as if a notch below the halfway point in brightness is about equal to the first one's notch above the midway point). And, this new one's battery seems to last a bit longer as well.
My replacement is a week 2 black 16gb wifi that is listed as refurbished.
