Replacement iPhone 4 back on eBay?

Has anyone had any luck buying a replacement black glass back on eBay?

I'm looking at a couple here:

Never bought anything like this before so I'm unsure if the quality is 100% same as a replacement from the genius bar. I'm looking strictly for an OEM piece.

i just read from another thread that iresq has black and white replacements for 30$..you could also pick up one at the apple store for 30$ i think..

Wouldn't the back need to be cracked for apple to replace it for $30?

Go with the official one's only since legitimates would always give replacements under some conditions.
