Hey

I'm having quite a few problems with my iPhone 4 which I purchased online in the UK.

As well as the antenna issue there is sometimes a buzzing from the bottom speaker and the phone shuts itself off about 3 times a day.

Will I be able to call Apple to arrange a replacement or will they have none available?

Thanks

They have separate replacement stock @ the stores. Just go in & swap. Call the repair dept. (Geniuses) to confirm availability.

Doubtful they will have any. I would suggest you hold onto it for now, and maybe look into it in a months time.

You have 12 months warranty, so should be OK to wait.

You could always phone them up, and get a reference/case number, and say you will return it when there is more stock.

So, I just called Apple and the guy said do a restore and if I still have an issue after 6 hours, call back and I will need to send it in for repair?

Can I not just get a straight replacement?
