Replacement iPhone 4

Hi, Im new here. I have the reception problem with my iPhone plus when i talk into the speaker people can't hear me sometimes.

I was wondering? I will probably get my iPhone replace.

Does apple give you a Brand New iPhone 4 or a Refurbished iPhone 4?

I am returning mine on wednesday and I asked the people the same thing
I was told that they haven't even gotten enough iPhones to make a refurbished one. I don't know if tehy give you the box or anything though. I can report back on Wednesday around 1030 or 1100 if you want.

I exchanged mine on Sat for a defective mic while on speaker. The girl said they don't have any refurbs yet. She also said that in the future when refurbs are available that the only thing that gets reused is the logic board, everything else is brand new (casing, display, etc.)

They have you wipe your phone and they hand you another from a different kind of box (black with foam padding inside). These are "replacement units" set aside and not considered for sale by the store and not in inventory for resale.

Don't bother taking in the box, headphones, etc. as I did. They don't even look at it.
