Replacement iPhone 5 and Siri sounds muffled

Quick question everyone. I just got a replacement iPhone 5 and Siri sounds a lot different, like she's muffled. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Is it possible that your new siri is on a different language settings? There are different ones that can sound odd.

No she is on the same English US settings.
