Well, here is my problem. Which, really isnt a problem, just me being picky I suppose. I received my iPhone the day it came out, July 11. The second I took it out of the box I put an Incase Slider on it. Probably a bad idea, since when it started peeling and I took it off and scratched the crap out of my phone. Not just scratches, deeps gouges. At least three of them. I was wondering, if Apple would be nice enough to maybe exchange it for a new one? Im going to Chicago in a couple weeks and was wondering if it was worth a try. What do you think?

Not likely.
IT's only cosmetic damage which you've caused.

1) They wont replace for cosmetic
2) It's your fault not a manufacture fault.

Unmless there is actually something wrong with it you stand a next to nothing chance.

No. Anyway, and I don't mean to sound horrible, but why the hell should Apple replace your iPhone because you scratched it? :S

Welcome to the real world!

They shouldn't, but I feel Incase should be held responsible, but they could care less about their customers. But, oh well. Life isn't fair, now is it?
