Replacement machine if I get the 2.3ghz 17''

How does Apple handle replacement machines if my machine goes down in 6 months, do they pull one off the shelf for me or repair my existing model? This may determine if I upgrade to the anti-glare 2.3ghz or stick for the likely more common 2.2ghz glossy unit. Any input?

They attempt to repair it first, obviously... if the damage was not done at the fault of the user.

If its under Apple care and they can repair it, they will.
