Replacement power supply for Promise Pegasus R6

I have a Pegasus R6 that has a power supply that died – just days out of warranty, of course - and Promise is being of no help whatsoever. The power supply looks fairly easy to replace. I’ve built PCs in the past, so I’d be comfortable replacing it if I knew what style power supply to order. Does anyone have a part number or type name for this power supply that I can order online someplace, or it custom to this model? I’d like to purchase it domestically here in the US if possible.
