Hello

I bought two 1GB sticks of Samsung DDR RAM off a member on these boards. When I install them my computer will experience kernal panics, when I take the RAM out no kernal panics. So, I've made the assumption that the RAM is bad.

The seller has been less then helpful, but the RAM was new when I got it. I phoned the store it was purchased from said they couldn't help because it's OEM, and they wouldn't swap for functioning RAM, instead suggesting that I contacting the manufacturer. Samsung's webpage doesn't list anything about RAM, but I phoned the support number anyways. The person on the phone was also less then helpful, and didn't have any ideas.

I've been told Samsung RAM has a lifetime warranty. Is this true? If so, does anyone know any numbers I can call to get this sorted out?
