Replacement Rear Panel of iPhone 3GS

I had dropped my iPhone 3GS to concrete parking area last few month ago. It's black rear panel is scratched. I need replacement one. Can I replace new one on my iPhone? Easy to replace? or go to Apple store to fix it ? How much repair for replacement? If charge is over $100, forgot it and replace it myself. I will order it online.
