replacement screen/casing from apple or anyone else?

So... when i got my iphone on iday i did not find any good screen protectors and cases and ended up waiting. I got a hectic job and waited to long. Now my casing is pretty roughed up and the screen has a few scratches. It doesnt bother me to much, but I would like to have it in better condition since it was so expensive. I was thinking bout selling it and getting a new one. Does anyone know if apple or any other company will fix or replace the screen and casing for a decent fee. nothing to expensive? if so i would love to have it done so i can get a protector and start over.

The replacements given by Apple are very expensive,
you may want to look at iFixit
