iPad Pro Replacement screens not good

Wife has a ipad pro with the M1 chip. Got a crack in it so had the screen replaced at batteries plus. A week later, there was a line from top to bottom. Had it replaced again. Week later, a line appears but on opposite side. Is it bad screens or is the ipad bad? Thanks.

Not an official screen so it could even be the software not playing nice with it.
