Any hobby store that deals with R/C cars or planes might have screws that small. Just bring one in and try to get it matched up.

ifixit.com normally sells screw sets for Macbooks. They don't have the ones for Al-MB, but it should be just a matter of time, or you can see if the ones of earlier models would fit.

I dont know if they necessarily would have extra screws laying around. They might only come in a kit or something.. Worth a try tho i guess!
