I am the owner of an "old" Mac Pro, Model MD 770, bought in Nov. 2013 and equipped with an ATI HD 5770, 1 GB Graphics Card. 2 days ago my "Eizo" Color Edge CG 276 Screen, probably bought 3-4 years ago, wouldn't any longer receive a video signal and went into BLACK. It's my own assumption, after having undertaken my own tests, that in fact it IS a display failure....
Well, my question: Which NEW card should I settle for. I am NOT a gamer, however, being a photographer, the new card should be able to provide a reasonable solution. Which card/brand name, specs, would be the right successor to the above, and WHERE may I be able to buy it from?
