It's time to check your household contents insurance policy.
For such a new Mac, I'd be looking to take it to an Apple Store or other Apple-certified repair shop. If you're planning to do this yourself, I'd want 'new' parts, if you can get them from Apple's new Repair program, rather than take a chance on secondhand from eBay or whatever.
Even if you've taken it apart and thoroughly dried everything, corrosion from salts in the liquid is likely to kill something: if not today, then some point in the future.
