I've got a Core Duo 1.83Ghz Mini.
I recently bought one of the new Minis.
I sold the Core Duo to my mom for cheap.
Turns out, she doesn't need it right away after all. But in preparing it for her I clean installed Leopard, and then got boot camp set up and installed XP. 18 gigs for Windows, ~50 for OS X. The entire drive is the stock 74GB.
Now since I have some extra time with it, my new Mini will arrive, and I've bought a 320GB drive for it. It comes with a 120 right? Since that 74GB isn't much, especially when split between 2 Operating Systems I was considering replacing it with the stock one from my new Mini.
Is there any way to do this? I understand I'd need an external enclosure, that isn't a problem. And I know you can clone drives with the partitons kept intact. What I'm not sure about is if I can do this with different partition sizes. Ideally I'd like to give Windows say... 30 gigs, and OS X the remaining 90ish.
