Im looking to upgrade my hard drive to a 7200 rpm hard drive(~500 gb or more) and was trying to remember one thing about the 3.5 inch hard drives. Do the earlier macbook pros take the thinner hard drive(9.5 mm thin or something like that) or is it the thicker 3.5" hard drive(I think 12 mm)
I would have someone install it for me along with transferring all my files over to the new hard drive. There's an authorized reseller in Richmond that can do this.
