I'm planning to purchase/replace my hard drive for my MacBook White. What type/brand of hard drive is good for long term use/overall quality?

Also, what size of the hard drive should I buy? 2.5 inch/...? What speed (RPM) should I get, since I have heard about battery issues (Using up too much batteries), fan, ...

MacBook (White) stats are:
-2.16 Ghz
-OS X Leopard.
-2GB of RAM.

What RPM should I get for that config? And any tips on replacing the hard drive?

Thanks,
Rekhyt

I'm not quite sure what the RPM is right now, since it's really old. (2 years ago. ~July 2007 or 08.)

The specs for my MacBook (White) are:
-2.16 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo.
-2GB RAM.
-Not sure about hard drive, but it's 120 GB.

The MacBook was the 2nd config at that time. Not so sure about how fast the RPM is.

Ahh. Think it's this one: EveryMac.

Is Hitachi good? Right now I have options of Hitachi/Seagate/Western Digital. All of these are 2.5 inch. (Are Mac hard drives 2.5 or 3.5? Like how thick they are.)

(Sorry. This online store is the closest that I can get to. Not as convenient as Amazon or eBay, but... $1 is ¥7. UPDATE: Sorry for no hyperlinks-The forum kept on making the links point to Commission Junction and back to the US version of NewEgg. :\)

Links to the Hitachi:
newegg.com.cn/Products/ProductDetail.aspx?sysno=15206
newegg.com.cn/Products/ProductDetail.aspx?sysno=45150 (Good offer)

Seagate:

Western Digital:
newegg.com.cn/Products/ProductDetail.aspx?sysno=46792
newegg.com.cn/Products/ProductDetail.aspx?sysno=44207

What type of hard drive do you recommend? I plan on taking Hitachi. Any quality problems/is it good?
