Replacing Harddrive

BestBuy is having a Black Friday sale for a 1 TB internal laptop harddrive, and I want to upgrade my MBP's harddrive (13" Mid-2010). Is there a way that I can keep my old files and transfer them to my new harddrive?

Are you sure the ad is for a Laptop (2-1/2") version? I just looked at the sale ad and the only one I saw was for desktops, a Western Digital for $59.99.
