How hard is it to replace memory? I've got a really good offer to upgrade to 4gb of memory but I would have to replace it myself. Is it very hard?

5 minute job.

Unscrew the bottom.
Push the clips that hold ram in the sockets outwards.
Remove old ram,
push first chip in the slot and secure it
push second chip and secure it.
screw the bottom
restart.

You will need a Philips screwdriver with a 00 tip to open the bottom.

Check out this video it's pretty straighforward.
