Hi, I will split this into 3 sections if people would like to address only certain areas of my enquirey.:D

1: My friend dropped his iphone and smashed the screen so I said I will help him replace it. Watched some how to videos and seems like it'll be an easy albeit fiddly job.

But I want to know where is a good reputable online store to buy from?

2: I also want to replace the battery in my aging 3G (1 year 9 months old). I could wait for the new iPhone to be released, but I don't think I can live with this awful battery that long (I have a Mophie Juice Pack air, but that is as old as the phone and that is nearing the end of it's life too)

I read that the iPhone 3G uses a 1150mAh battery, I have been looking online and see a lot of 1400mAh batteries. That would be awesome, are they good, and again, where is a good shop.

3: Finally I want to get a new colour backing plate (because if I am rippping it open, I migh as well funk it up a bit). But, what is the quality of these? Are they the same quality as the original? Can anyone reccomend a good shop.

I would prefer a shop in Taiwan or Hong Kong as I live in Japan and shipping will be cheaper (And it all comes from China and Taiwan anyway)
