Replacing special characters in iTunes

Hello,

I'm organising my iTunes library, and I have a lot of songs/artists names with special characters like Č Ć Š Ž, I would like to replace them with C C S Ž...
As I have over 50000 songs in my library I really don't want to do that by hand...
Any suggestions, help would be really appreciated...
