Ummm I don't think you could replace the Antenna. If there is an issue with you, I'm sure Apple would replace your device for you.

Why do you want to get a new IMEI?

As far as I know the IMEI is embedded in the main board or radio chip not the antena.

i don't need a new imei, my friend told me you get a new one if you replace you antenna, i was just thinking as i need the correct imei if my phone gets stolen...

If your antenna is damaged replacing it won't change the IMEI. But replacing the antenna requires taking apart the iphone completely which is quite difficult. Better take the phone to the Apple store, they will replace the whole phone. Just copy the new IMEI in some place safe. You can see the phone IMEI in Settings>General>About.
