Replacing the Hard Drive in a Xserve?

Has anyone replace a Hard Drive in a Xserve G5 Apple Drive module... IS it possible, easy or complicated... I'm buying a used Xserve and wondering if I should just buy cheep 80GB drives and upgrade them myself of if I have to shell out for 250GB drives upfront
 
You buy what you need. In today's market, 80 GB is awfully small. I don't see a problem here. Xserve HD modules are slide out/slide in. They are user service items.
