How do I configure the trackpad to replicate natural scrolling when I'm bootcamped into Win7?

Also in Win7 control panel there seems to be only a mouse properties tab, shouldn't there be one for the trackpad too? I'm on new MacAir.

I haven't tried to enable reverse or "natural" scrolling myself but try:

The first comment says it can also be set up in the settings panel for Synaptic Touchpads.
