Replicating the text seen in Apple commercials...

Either in front of a computer or behind a camera.
I am trying to replicate the kind of shiny silver look of the text seen in Apple's NAB reel and, to a lesser extent, the end of the iPod nano commercial using Motion 3.

I am very green when it comes to motion... :eek:
help?
