Reply in Entourage

This might sound like a stupid question but how do you set the flashing cursor to appear at the top of a reply message instead of below the text that you are replying to? Basically I want Entourage to behave the way Mail does by default. I can't see how to change it anywhere under preferences.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Entourage -> Preferences -> Mail and News Preferences -> Reply & Forward

The checkbox is right below the attribution tag.

Not that I understand why anyone would want it to default above the quoted text anyway, but there you go.

I feel a bit dumb now. I couldn't see Mail & News Preferences - I just kept clicking away in General Preferences and not understanding why I couldn't see what I was looking for!?
As for inserting text before the original quote ... I dunno, I'm just used to it in Mail I suppose.
Bedawyn - is that a Welsh name? ... I'm writing from Ireland.
