Reply Symbol in outlook

Im not sure if anyone else has noticed, but when i reply to an email on the iphone it doesn't show the small reply symbol in outlook on my PC!

While this is a small thing, today it was a bit annoying as i had to check my sent items to see i i reply.

Coincidentally, on my mac (which syncs to exchange via the mail app) it doesn't show the reply symbol either.

Im using exchange 2007 / outlook 2007 on my pc

osx snow leopard with mail app synced to same exchange server.
