Reply to email via Siri- no recipient error?

I have noticed a problem lately when trying to reply to emails using Siri. Even though it shown on my screen (iPhone 4S) that the recipient is in the email, it doesn't send and stays in my outbox with a "no recipient" error. Not sure how to fix this. Anyone else have this issue and if so, what did you do?
